Return Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All items purchased from MeMeBaby.com are returnable for store credit or exchange, but some restrictions do apply. Details below.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
To receive full store credit, we require that the item(s) be returned within 10 business days after receipt.

HOW do I return an item?
Simply place the item in its original or similar package (with the packing slip if applicable) and send it to the address above. Please send us an e-mail as instructed below or include a note to tell us why you are returning the item.
SHIPPING for returns?
If you are returning an item due to our error, we will pay all shipping costs to replace the item. Otherwise, MeMeBaby.com does not issue credit for shipping costs.
CREDIT for returns?
To receive credit for a returned item, the item must be in the condition it was in when you received it. Under no circumstances does MeMeBaby.com accept returns on items that were worn, washed, embellished or otherwise altered. To inform us of your intention to return an item, please send an e-mail to custservice@memebaby.com with the following information:

Shipping Policy
Orders placed through our website will be shipped in the contiguous 48 United States for a flat rate via USPS as indicated on your checkout page. Orders sent to MA will have an additional 5% sales tax charge which will be clearly indicated at your checkout. We usually ship within 24hrs of receiving your order. If there is an unusual delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will notify you through the e-mail address you provide during checkout.
